David Robertson – CEO & Chief Investment Officer

Mr. Robertson has more than 20 years of investment and operational experience, and has completed more than $15 billion of investments, transactions, and financings during his career.

Prior to founding FrontRange, Mr. Robertson was Co-President, Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Apartment Investment and Management Company (“AIMCO”). Mr. Robertson joined AIMCO as Executive Vice President and Head of Affordable Housing in February 2002, was appointed President and CEO of AIMCO Capital in September 2002, Chief Investment Officer of AIMCO in March 2007, and Co-President and Chief Financial Officer in February 2009. In addition to serving as Chairman of AIMCO’s Investment Committee, Mr. Robertson was responsible for strategic planning, portfolio management, investments, joint ventures, finance, accounting, capital markets, and transactional activities for AIMCO’s $10 billion portfolio. AIMCO is traded on the NYSE (Symbol AIV) and is one of 30 REITs included in the S&P 500 Index.

Since 1996, Mr. Robertson has been Chairman of Robeks Corporation (“Robeks”), a privately held chain of specialty food stores that he founded, now with approximately 100 stores in 13 states and the District of Columbia. Prior to founding Robeks, Mr. Robertson was Vice President in the Investment Banking Group at Smith Barney from 1991 to 1996, where he was responsible for real estate investment banking transactions in the western United States. While at Smith Barney, Mr. Robertson completed more than $3 billion of equity and debt financings for multifamily, retail, self storage, banking, financial service, homebuilding, and other real estate based companies, including AIMCO's initial public offering in 1994.

Mr. Robertson currently serves on the Board of Directors of Cottonwood Residential, Statebridge Company, SevenBar Aviation, Classic Brands, Turbo Tenant, Boulder Creek Neighborhoods, Milhaus, and Robeks Corporation. Mr. Robertson earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.

Lance Graber – Managing Principal, Real Estate Investments

Mr. Graber has 30 years of real estate experience, and has completed more than $18 billion of acquisitions, dispositions, redevelopments, joint ventures, and debt financings during his career. At FrontRange, he has primary responsibility for identifying, evaluating, and structuring real estate investment opportunities.

Prior to co-founding FrontRange, Mr. Graber was Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Transactions and Asset Management at AIMCO. Upon joining AIMCO in 1999 and through 2006, Mr. Graber was responsible for overseeing transactional activity throughout the United States within AIMCO’s 600 property subsidized housing portfolio including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, refinancings, and redevelopments using federal low income housing tax credits. In 2007, Mr. Graber was named Co-Head of Transactions and Asset Management with responsibility for all of AIMCO’s conventional and subsidized property transactional activity in the eastern half of the United States. While with AIMCO, Mr. Graber completed approximately $8 billion of multifamily transactions.

Prior to joining AIMCO, Mr. Graber was at Credit Suisse First Boston (“CSFB”) from 1991 to 1999, first as an Associate and then Vice President in Real Estate Investment Banking and ultimately as a Director with the firm’s Principal Transactions Group. Starting in 1995, Mr. Graber ran a team responsible for making principal debt and equity investments in hotel, multifamily, and assisted living properties on behalf of the firm. While at CSFB, Mr. Graber completed more than $10 billion of real estate transactions.

Mr. Graber currently serves on the Board of Directors of Cottonwood Residential, Boulder Creek Neighborhoods, and Milhaus. Mr. Graber earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Glenn Robson – Managing Principal, Corporate Investments

Mr. Robson has 25 years of corporate investment and operational experience, and has completed more than $50 billion of investments, financings, and M&A transactions during his career. At FrontRange, he has primary responsibility for identifying, evaluating, and structuring corporate investment opportunities. Prior to joining FrontRange, Mr. Robson served as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Financial Officer at AECOM (NYSE: ACM), a global design, engineering, and professional technical services firm.

Mr. Robson worked on AECOM’s formation of Meridiam Infrastructure, a leading investment management firm in the infrastructure sector that has raised over $3.5 billion of institutional capital. Prior to joining AECOM, he was a Managing Director in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Robson serves on the Board of Directors of Statebridge Company, SevenBar Aviation, and Classic Brands. Mr. Robson earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

EXECUTIVE TEAM

Scott Berry, CFA – Senior Vice President, Investments

Scott Berry joined FrontRange from Archstone, one of the largest investors, developers, and operators of apartment communities globally with more than 60,000 units located throughout the United States and Germany. While at Archstone, Mr. Berry served as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2007 to 2013. Prior to Archstone, he was a Financial Analyst with Budget Truck Rental. Mr. Berry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a CFA charter holder.

Louie Cohen – Senior Vice President, Legal & Chief Compliance Officer

Louie Cohen joined FrontRange from Republic Financial Corporation, a private investment firm with a diverse portfolio of real property assets and operating companies, where he served as General Counsel. Prior to joining Republic in 2007, Mr. Cohen was an attorney in the Commercial Law and Securities Group in the Denver, Colorado office of Holme Roberts & Owen LLP (now Bryan Cave LLP), where he focused on corporate and financial transactions. Mr. Cohen earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northwestern University.

Jamie Pitt Miller – Senior Vice President, Business Development 

Jamie Pitt Miller joined FrontRange from Whale Rock Capital Management, a Boston-based hedge fund, and brings over 18 years of experience in the securities industry. While at Whale Rock, Ms. Pitt Miller was Director of Business Development from 2013 to 2017. She started her career with Goldman Sachs in 1996 where she worked in a variety of roles in New York, London, and Frankfurt. She spent one year with The Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research as manager in their fundraising group. She joined UBS in 2004 where she spent nine years in Prime Brokerage Sales & Capital Introduction in both their London and New York offices. Ms. Pitt Miller earned a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Arts from New York University.

Brian Roland – Senior Vice President, Finance

Brian Roland joined FrontRange from Resource Land Holdings, a private equity firm that invests in natural resource producing real estate across the United States and Canada, where he served as Vice President, Investments. Prior to joining Resource Land Holdings, Mr. Roland was an Asset Management Associate with M3 Capital Partners (formerly Macquarie Bank) from 2012 to 2015 and was an Associate in Private Equity/Investment Banking with the group from 2004 to 2010. Mr. Roland earned a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Corrie Symons, CPA – Vice President, Controller

Corrie Symons joined FrontRange from the Shaw Group (NYSE: SHAW), where she was a Controller for Shaw's LandBank Group subsidiary since 2005. Prior to joining the Shaw Group, Ms. Symons was an Accounting Manager with AIMCO from 2001 to 2004. Ms. Symons graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Neal Papajcik, CPA – Senior Associate 

Neal Papajcik joined FrontRange from Ernst & Young, where he was a Senior Consultant in the Financial Services Office Risk Advisory Group. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Mr. Papajcik was a Senior Auditor for CME Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CME) from 2008 to 2013. Mr. Papajcik graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Real Estate from Marquette University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Keri Tiner – Senior Associate

Keri Tiner joined FrontRange after earning a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to Wharton, she worked as a Real Estate Investment Analyst for ASB Real Estate, a private REIT based in Bethesda, MD from 2013 to 2016. Ms. Tiner began her career in capital markets brokerage with Cushman & Wakefield and HFF in Washington, DC. Ms. Tiner earned a Bachelor of Science from the McIntire School of Commerce of the University of Virginia with Concentrations in Marketing and International Business.

Nicolle Lloyd, CPA – Assistant Controller

Nicolle Lloyd joined FrontRange from Zayo Group (NYSE: ZAYO), where she was an Accounting Director and Segment Controller. Prior to this role, she was a Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant at WideOpenWest (NYSE: WOW). She began her career as a branch manager/loan officer at FirstBank Holding Company. Ms. Lloyd earned a Master of Science in Accounting from Regis University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Nicole Riggio – Director, Operations & Investor Relations

Nicole Riggio joined FrontRange from Cadian Capital Management, a New York City-based long/short equity hedge fund focused on investments in the Technology, Media, and Telecom space. Ms. Riggio was responsible for managing the operational, administrative, and logistical needs of the firm from its inception in 2007 through 2018. Ms. Riggio earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida. 

Joe Marucci – Staff Accountant

Joe Marucci joined FrontRange as a Staff Accountant following his graduation from the University of Colorado Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with dual-emphasis in Finance and Accounting. Prior to working at FrontRange, Joe worked as a Research/Teaching Assistant at the University with Professor Yosef Bonaparte, and also served as President of the Portfolio Management Group that manages the school’s endowment.

Andrea Hewett – Analyst 

Andrea Hewett joined FrontRange from Davis, Malm, & D'Agostine, P.C., a Boston-based law firm, where she was a legal assistant for the firm's commercial real estate practice. Prior to this, Ms. Hewett earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Sciences from the George Washington University.
