David Robertson – CEO & Chief Investment Officer

Mr. Robertson has more than 20 years of investment and operational experience, and has completed more than $15 billion of investments, transactions, and financings during his career.

Prior to founding FrontRange, Mr. Robertson was Co-President, Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Apartment Investment and Management Company (“AIMCO”). Mr. Robertson joined AIMCO as Executive Vice President and Head of Affordable Housing in February 2002, was appointed President and C.E.O. of AIMCO Capital in September 2002, Chief Investment Officer of AIMCO in March 2007, and Co-President and Chief Financial Officer in February 2009. In addition to serving as Chairman of AIMCO’s Investment Committee, Mr. Robertson was responsible for strategic planning, portfolio management, investments, joint ventures, finance, accounting, capital markets, and transactional activities for AIMCO’s $10 billion portfolio. AIMCO is traded on the NYSE (Symbol AIV) and is one of 20 REITs included in the S&P 500 Index.

Since 1996, Mr. Robertson has been Chairman of Robeks Corporation (“Robeks”), a privately held chain of specialty food stores that he founded, now with approximately 120 stores in 14 states, the District of Columbia, Qatar and Japan. Prior to founding Robeks, Mr. Robertson was Vice President in the Investment Banking Group at Smith Barney from 1991 to 1996, where he was responsible for real estate investment banking transactions in the western United States. While at Smith Barney, Mr. Robertson completed more than $3 billion of equity and debt financings for multifamily, retail, self-storage, banking, financial service, homebuilding and other real estate based companies, including AIMCO's initial public offering in 1994.

Mr. Robertson currently serves on the Board of Directors of Cottonwood Residential, Statebridge Company, SevenBar Aviation, Classic Brands, Boulder Creek Neighborhoods and Robeks Corporation. Mr. Robertson earned a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 1991 and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, San Diego in 1989.

Lance Graber – Managing Principal, Real Estate Investments

Mr. Graber has 25 years of real estate experience, and has completed more than $18 billion of acquisitions, dispositions, redevelopments, joint ventures, and debt financings during his career. At FrontRange, he has primary responsibility for identifying, evaluating, and structuring real estate investment opportunities. Prior to co-founding FrontRange, Mr. Graber was Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Transactions and Asset Management at AIMCO. While with AIMCO, Mr. Graber completed approximately $8 billion of multifamily transactions.

Prior to joining AIMCO, Mr. Graber held several positions at Credit Suisse First Boston ("CSFB") including Vice President in Real Estate Investment Banking and Director with the firm's Principal Transactions Group. While at CSFB, Mr. Graber completed more than $10 billion of real estate transactions. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Cottonwood Residential and Boulder Creek Neighborhoods. Mr. Graber earned a Master in Business Administration in 1988 and a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1983 from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Glenn Robson – Managing Principal, Corporate Investments

Mr. Robson has 25 years of corporate investment and operational experience, and has completed more than $50 billion of investments, financings and M&A transactions during his career. At FrontRange, he has primary responsibility for identifying, evaluating, and structuring corporate investment opportunities. Prior to joining FrontRange, Mr. Robson served as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Financial Officer at AECOM (NYSE: “ACM”), a global design, engineering and professional technical services firm.

Mr. Robson worked on AECOM’s formation of Meridiam Infrastructure, a leading investment management firm in the infrastructure sector that has raised over $3.5 billion of institutional capital Prior to joining AECOM, he was a Managing Director in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Robson serves on the Board of Directors of Statebridge Company, SevenBar Aviation and Classic Brands. Mr. Robson earned a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 1990, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1984 from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

EXECUTIVE TEAM

Jamie Pitt Miller – Senior Vice President, Head of Business Development & Investor Relations

Jamie Pitt Miller joined FrontRange in 2017 from Whale Rock Capital Management, a Boston-based hedge fund, and brings over 18 years of experience in the securities industry. While at Whale Rock, Ms. Pitt Miller was Director of Business Development from 2013 to 2017. She started her career with Goldman Sachs in 1996 where she worked in a variety of roles in New York, London and Frankfurt. She spent one year with The Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research as manager in their fundraising group. She joined UBS in 2004 where she spent nine years in Prime Brokerage Sales & Capital Introduction in both their London and New York offices. Ms. Pitt Miller earned a Master in Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College in 2002 and a Bachelor of Arts from New York University in 1996.

Scott Berry, CFA – Senior Vice President, Investments

Scott Berry joined FrontRange from Archstone, one of the largest investors, developers and operators of apartment communities globally with more than 60,000 units located throughout the United States and Germany. While at Archstone, Mr. Berry served as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2007 to 2013. Prior to Archstone, he was a Financial Analyst with Budget Truck Rental. Mr. Berry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder and has been a CFA charter holder since 2011.

Michael Zoellner – Senior Financial Analyst, Investments

Michael Zoellner joined FrontRange from Starbucks Coffee, where he completed a two-year rotational program within the Store Development organization. While at Starbucks, Mr. Zoellner supported strategic market planning, new store development, asset management, and program management at the national and regional level. Prior to joining Starbucks, Mr. Zoellner was an analyst at Archstone on the Financial Planning and Analysis team. Mr. Zoellner earned a Master in Business Administration in Real Estate from the James A. Graaskamp Center at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Creighton University.

Louie Cohen – Vice President, Legal & Chief Compliance Officer

Louie Cohen joined FrontRange from Republic Financial Corporation, a private investment firm with a diverse portfolio of real property assets and operating companies, where he served as General Counsel. Prior to joining Republic in 2007, Mr. Cohen was an attorney in the Commercial Law and Securities Group in the Denver, Colorado office of Holme Roberts & Owen LLP (now Bryan Cave LLP), where he focused on corporate and financial transactions. Mr. Cohen earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1999, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northwestern University in 1996.

Corrie Symons, CPA – Vice President, Controller

Corrie Symons joined FrontRange from the Shaw Group (NYSE: SHAW), where she was a Controller for Shaw's LandBank Group subsidiary since 2005. Prior to joining the Shaw Group, Ms. Symons was an Accounting Manager with Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIMCO, NYSE: AIV) from 2001 to 2004. Ms. Symons graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Neal Papajcik, CPA – Assistant Controller

Neal Papajcik joined FrontRange from Ernst & Young, where he was a Senior Consultant in the Financial Services Office Risk Advisory Group in 2014. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Mr. Papajcik was a Senior Auditor for CME Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CME) from 2008 to 2013. Mr. Papajcik graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Real Estate from Marquette University in 2008 and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Trisha McGrath – Senior Accountant

Trisha McGrath joined FrontRange from Tendril, a software company developing analytics and user-engagement tools for energy sector customers worldwide. While at Tendril, Ms. McGrath focused primarily on financial analysis and cash management, progressing from AP Clerk, to Staff Accountant and then Senior Accountant. Ms. McGrath earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Joe Marucci – Staff Accountant

Joe Marucci joined FrontRange as a Staff Accountant following his graduation from the University of Colorado Denver in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with dual-emphasis in Finance and Accounting. Prior to working at FrontRange, Joe worked as a Research/Teaching Assistant at the University with Professor Yosef Bonaparte, and also served as President of the Portfolio Management Group that manages the school’s endowment.

Christee Ichiyasu – Office Manager

Christee Ichiyasu joined FrontRange from Spur Capital Partners, a private equity firm in Oklahoma where she was an Administrator from 2008 to 2016.  While at Spur Capital, Ms. Ichiyasu was responsible for all investor/investment communications, investor portal, and web and database administration.  Ms. Ichiyasu earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix at Tulsa and a Bachelor of Science in the Management of Human Resources from Oklahoma Wesleyan University.
